Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Items purchased with a promotional code are not refunded at full price; items will be pro-rated to reflect the discount price so that the price paid for the item will be refunded
Buyer is responsible for return shipping should they want an item back if items are returned that are not eligible for returns
HOW SOON WILL MY REFUND BE PROCESSED?
Please allow 10 business days from the date your return is received for your refund to be processed.
- Damaged items MUST be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving the goods. Please inspect your items upon arrival!
- At this time, I am unable to exchange items. Please place a new order on the website for a different size, color or product. Thank you!
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
- Orders returned due to insufficient addresses are treated as returns if we are unable to get corrected shipping information. We will refund the cost of the items minus the original shipping cost. The buyer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order if an insufficient or incorrect address is provided during checkout.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
- I am unable to change or edit an order after it has been submitted. If you need to cancel an order, please email me at email@example.com as soon as possible and I will do my best to get the order cancelled before it is shipped out. Due to my short fulfillment times, please understand that I am unable to cancel some orders.
